The main parameters of the electromagnet

Customers need to consider the following technical parameters for the electromagnet required or customized:

1. The maximum size that the electromagnet can accommodate: length; width; height.

2. The maximum stroke of the electromagnet and its suction force requirements, and the reset force requirements after power off.

3. The maximum voltage provided to the electromagnet power supply, current/voltage stability, AC/DC power supply, whether it can provide positive and negative pulse power.

4. Whether the electromagnet needs long-term uninterrupted work, intermittent work, the longest energization time each time and the shortest interval between two energizations.

5. Special environmental requirements for using electromagnets, such as temperature; humidity; shock; vibration; acceleration, etc.

Classification method of electromagnet

(1) Divided by current: Electromagnets can be divided into two types: DC circular electromagnets and AC electromagnets.

(2) Divided by action mode:

Holding type: such as electromagnetic clutch, electromagnetic chuck, lifting electromagnet, etc.

Attraction type: various automatic electrical relays, contactors, electromagnetic valves, electric hammers, electric bells, etc.

(3) Divided according to purpose:

1. Traction electromagnet: mainly used to traction mechanical devices, open or close various valves to perform automatic control tasks.

2. Lifting electromagnet: used as a lifting device to lift ferromagnetic materials such as steel ingots, steel materials and iron sand.

3. Brake electromagnet: Mainly used to brake the motor to achieve the purpose of accurate parking.

4. The electromagnetic system of automatic electrical appliances: such as the electromagnetic system of electromagnetic relay and contactor, the electromagnetic tripping device of automatic switch and the operating electromagnet, etc.

5. Electromagnets for other purposes: such as electromagnetic chuck of grinder, small mini holding electromagnet and electromagnetic vibrator.
