Industrial Applications
H1625 fits compact workholding and positioning systems where reliable magnetic engagement and a power-controlled release are required.

Controlled Release and Efficient Operation
Use the 12 VDC or 24 VDC version that matches your control system. Continuous duty is available at 1.6 W; for 50% duty or less, the specification allows up to 3.2 W and a maximum ON time of 50 seconds. Follow the duty-cycle limits during system design.

Mounting and Contact Guidance
Use a flat, clean workpiece surface with good magnetic conductivity. A material thickness over 3 mm is preferred, and the contact area should be larger than the magnet face. Secure the H1625 through its M4 × 8 center hole and protect the 200 mm lead wires from bending and abrasion.
Integration Support
For application review, share the workpiece material, mass, thickness, contact dimensions, operating orientation, holding duration, release timing and required quantity. Landa can support fixture integration, sampling and production validation.
