The Core Advantage: Secure 35 N Holding

H2015 concentrates up to 35 N of holding force at 25°C in a compact Ø20 × 15 mm body. The magnetic face keeps ferromagnetic workpieces stable during machining and automated positioning.

Built for Stable Industrial Positioning

Use the H2015 magnetic face to secure steel parts while a CNC tool, robot or inspection system performs its operation.

  • CNC machining and workholding fixtures
  • Robotic transfer and indexing tooling
  • Inspection and test nests
  • Temporary fixing of ferromagnetic parts

Power-Controlled Holding and Release

Apply the selected DC voltage to hold a ferromagnetic workpiece; remove power to release it. Continuous duty is 2.2 W. For 50% duty or less, the specification allows up to 4.4 W and a maximum ON time of 50 seconds.

Easy M5 Fixture Integration

Use a flat, clean workpiece surface with good magnetic conductivity. A material thickness over 3 mm is preferred, and the contact area should be larger than the magnet face. Secure the body through the M5 × 10 center hole and protect the 200 mm lead wires from abrasion.
